LIGHT DWELLER (USA) – ‘The Subjugate’ CD

Light Dweller is an American blackened death metal project founded in December 2017 by Cameron Boesch in Phoenix, AZ. After seven years and four full-length albums, Light Dweller will partner with Avantgarde Music’s death metal division, Unorthodox Emanations, to release its fifth album, The Subjugate, in February 2025. Inspired by a broad spectrum of dissonant and melodic influences — Cosmic Putrefaction, Defacement, Mesarthim, Convulsing, Violet Cold, Mare Cognitum, and more — Light Dweller has forged a unique path through the darker, more obscure realms of metal. With each release, the project has evolved, skillfully weaving dissonance with melody, and balancing intense aggression with haunting, introspective passages.
